Thanks Jim. I figured it out (after googling a bit.) The issue was
related to ie6 caching the ajax query results. I ended up appending a
time stamp to the ajax query and it then works. I should probably
modify the js file so that it takes an optional "cache" property, that
you can set to false i

Could you post an example link so I could get a better idea of what
you're talking about? I've dealt with jqModal issues in IE6 before so
I may be able to help you out, but I would need to see the page where
all this is happening.
