You're right. Sorry about that! The plugin is still unfinished, and I
haven't blogged about it yet, and other things have distracted me.
But enough excuses!
All the links are there now, including a .zip of the whole shebang,
including the example files and images.

Viewing the source is never a bad way to learn in my opinion.

clueTips doesn't have links to download the supporting javascript(s).
Am I missing them somewhere or are we supposed to view source and grab
the code?

However, after also researching, I ended up with this non-jQ solution:
