[jQuery] Registering 'callbacks' for when jQuery finishes loading.

Would it be possible to have jQuery execute a list of callbacks (held
in a global object) once it has finished loading?

This would be especially useful when jQuery gets loaded dynamically
(e.g. by doing a document.write ).
