[jQuery] animating the size of a div

I am creating graphs with CSS.  What I would like to do is animate the
graph... ie, have the div slowly grow from 0 to 75%.

Here is the css I use:

border:1px solid #999;
width:120px;
float:right;
}

height:17px;

}

Here is the HTML I use:
