[jQuery] load events and timing

Good afternoon all,

If I attach an event to iframe page load, something like this:

            $( '#Content', ReplyFrameDocument ).one( 'load',
function()
               {
                  alert( 'content loaded' );
               });

If the content is already loaded will I still get an event fired?
If not, what's the recommended way to do this?
