I am new to jQuery. I have to paint a Grid using jqGrid in which I have to
show the data from a local XML file and Grid should be editable and changes
made by user should get reflected in the XML file.
Please provide me some sample.

I have an XML doc on my machine and I want to fill my grid with the XML data
from that doc.
How can i do it ?
I have read many examples but none of them are using any local file to read
data and fill it in grid.

Yes ,
I need a Grid in which i have more than 2000 rows to show. I want that user
select the option that how much rows he want to show per page.I need an
example HTML page to understand this.
