I've tried the JDBC-ODBC bridge and it doesn't work all that well. Your
better off going with a third-party driver. They are hard to find for
Access, and never found a freebee for Access. I'm using JDataConnect.

I'm not familiar with CF, but if you can write Java code using CF and it's
portable, I don't see any other reason to go to JSP. You'd be learning a

I use JBuilder to edit my code, and that pretty much tells me where to put
in my escapes in my SQL code which has come in handy. Not sure what editor
you use or if you have an editor that helps you in that area, but this
would be my guess on your problem.
