Is the server's classpath different (I mean to say - do you have to put
the jar files u use in some specific folder like home\lib to make them
accessible). If yes, then put the aforementioned JARs in the folder.
This ideally should take care of the problem.

I don't think I got the helm of your problem but if you could give me the
stack-trace/error message of the exception being thrown, I will be able to have a
better insight.
By the time try these -
If its an NoSuchMethodException on getCursor() call, check if the correct classes are
present
