I again repeat my question which i asked yesterday to which i haven't
received any replies.
What's the use of using Apache With Tomcat when Tomcat itself can service
all the requests for servlets ?
One more question
Can anyone describe what are In-process servlet containers and

There's a doubt why i need to install and run Apache Web Server when my

can run well on Tomcat (when run seperately).

I read that everytime user requests for a JSP page , a seperate object is
created and loaded into memory. Is it true ?
If yes, then this the biggest disadvantage as compared to servlets which is
loaded into memory only once and for every request from user spwans a
seperate thread.

I have been running JSP's on Java Web Server.
I want to ask whether we can run JSP's on Apache or Netscape Enterprise
Server. If yes, do we require any plug-in for this ?
Thanks in advance,
