Certainly will.

I'm using RedHat 6 and Apache 'out of the box' with JRun 2.3.3 and the
Blackdown 1.1.6v5 JRE from www.blackdown.org - that's talking to Oracle
(hence the specific JRE) - and that's for a 'production' environment too...
