Guys,
Can someone point me to benchmarks or articles that compare a java
application's performance on NT versus Linux versus Solaris? I would also
be interested in seeing a comparison of performance and stability in a Java
application on Solaris or Linux as compared to a COM application on NT.
Also, how does the choice of application server factor into that (eg tomCat,
JRun, etc)? I could make an educated guess that Java on Solaris is going to
be the best bet ... but I would like to read more about the reasons behind
that.
Does anyone know of anything like that?
