We use it at work too, and coincidentally I'm making some scripts on it now. It
does the job, but even with the capture, it can be difficult. I think the
biggest drawback is the inability to hook together scripts in a pluggable way
(at least I don't know how).

I have used it a couple of times a little over a year ago. It is pretty
flexible and easy to configure. It has a proxy capture function that is
very valuable for capturing an initial script. Obviously, the price is
right.
