I have been testing out cs:xenial/ceph-0, and cs:xenial/ceph-osd-0, with no
luck of getting either to deploy without error. Does anyone know the status
of these charms?

We've been using it with conjure-up and it works well for us.

We tried for a week to get some bundles working with xenial-mitaka and were
having issues all over the place. Created some bugs, however was using juju
1.25.

Yea I was able to deploy ceph-osd using Juju 2 on Xenial. One thing to note
is I think the actual ceph charm is being phased out and you'll want to
deploy both ceph-osd and ceph-mon instead.
