The updated version is now available. The 0.4 version is already done (and on my Bitbucket repo ) but I'll wait with replacing the publicly available document until Julia 0.4 is officially released.

Would it be possible/feasible to introduce external data frames (like in Revolution Analytics R), so that we can work with data that does not fit into memory? Just an idea...
