Okay, the buildbot that was down was running centos which is failing some of the tests due to this very change. We need to come up with a good fix for the certificates location lookup issue on non-debian-based distributions (https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/issues/18693) before new nightlies

nighties were a few days behind, I needed to log in and reconnect a few of the buildbots. Check in a few hours if the nightlies are dated with commits from today.
