Plots.jl is by far the best option ;) I'm happy to help get you started if
you run into any trouble.
Gadfly is probably the best solution for a native implementation, but is
has serious performance issues, specially if you want interactivity (which
you can get with https://github.com/JuliaGraphics/Immerse.jl).

I noticed that Winston is not advertised on julialang anymore, and the
development seems to have stalled on github.
Is it still maintained? If not, what should I use instead? I mainly use it
for 2d graphs and animations.
