I was able to download it manually too, so it wasn't a local network issue
(which only affects that file?), just wondering how i could get
Pkg.build("IJulia") or Pkg.build("Nettle") work with the batch.
This morning I removed julia 0.2 and got all the package reinstalled to
julia

That file downloads fine for me, and I was able to install IJulia on a
clean system several days ago.
Could you try downloading it manually, to eliminate any local network
issues? Also please send versioninfo().
