Lets you examine the history of a file by dragging a slider. Diffs are
highlighted in blue. If you want to know who changed a line, when, and for
what reason, this is useful.

Thank you for reporting the problem. I can't say for sure which method
in my plug-in might be causing the problem, but it looks like OpenJUMP
might be running into a log statement when it tries to load my plug-in
classes.
