SLD export comes obviously from deegree project and it probably has features
which played well together with deegree a long time ago. One such thing is to
use the oj: namespace as a default prefix. It is connected to actual server

I finally had a chance to follow up on this issue by trying it out in
GeoServer.
There's 3 issues:
- the attribute oj:dummy is invalid
- the predicate PropertyIsInstanceOf at line 13 is not supported in
