I have added a download page to my web site to support the ISA Plugin 2.0 for OpenJump. To get it working quickly, I added only the ArcSDE dataset and Jython toolbox features. To use the ArcSDE dataset, choose Loadsata set from the OpenJump File menu. Then choose SDE Query from the Format pop-up menu at the upper left of the dialog. Then enter the Server name, the server port (usually 5151), the Owner (recommend you leave this blank initially - it is used to filter the list), the User name, and the Password. After you click OK, there will be a short pause while the server is contacted, then you should see a list of layers to pick from. Highlight all you wish to load. If you find that you don't have enough memory to load the layers you need, you have two options. You can try to increase the memory allocated to jump by editing the -Xms256M -Xmx256M in the openjump.bat file, or you can pre-load a clipping boundary layer and then choose it in the "Limit features to the boundary of:" pop-up menu in the layer selection dialog.
The use of the Jython toolbox should be self explanatory. Click the new toolbox icon on the far right of the toolbar. It takes a little while to open the first time as the Jython .py files are compiled to .class files on-the-fly. Look in the lib/ext/jython folder for examples of how to build tools in Jython starting with startup.py. I would appreciate any feedback. Jython introduction is at: http://www.jython.org/j-jython1-ltr.pdf
The Download link for the ISA Plugin is: http://www.ashsiii.com/OpenJump.html
If you experience a class path error, you may need to extract the put-in-lib.zip to lib/ext instead. This problem has been reported when using the OpenJump 1.0 launcher, not the openjump.bat file.
I'm currently posting this only to the JPP-Devel list so that some of the more experienced OpenJump developers can get a chance to check out the new plugin before it goes into general use.
