to be perfect, even if put in a wide scale distribution. if it starts and is
generally usable people can get to know it and report bugs and/or get a more
recent version if they like it

no sorry. i am a bit short on time lately. so i am not able to do anything
bigger. i couldn't lay a hand on the file dialog so far.
Peppe: Could you check 1.4.2 on linux again and come back if you find show
stoppers? Maybe we should pimp 1.4.2 a little and distribute a 1.4.3 interim
