uhh.. its actually the same for the undo redo buttons tooltip texts in
the main toolbar (its in German instead in English)
i.e. do we treat the -18n switch issue as bug or as not supported
anymore. Though, I would like to keep things inline (=bug) with (my)
previous efforts for -i18n Where
