1. edit pom.xml, raise ... to desired value (looks like Mike
did so already, so continue with step 3.)
2. commit
3. add tag, usually starting v... to designate releases e.g. v2.2.2
4. run 'mvn package'
5. test the resulting target/distro.zip e.g.

bug (Line style was not correctly displayed).
How can be build a new distro?
