Because it is using / (root) partition instead of /var partition. You may have to download the file to /var directory somewhere. Also, because you are upgrading from JUNOS 4.x to 7.x, you have to consider several options. If you want to keep the configuration, you can not upgrade to 7.x directl

Juan, A couple of things jump out at me. First the size of your internal flash is quite small and that's what's going to be used (not the HDD) for the upgrade process. Second you're trying to upgrade from 4.x to 7.x using a jbundle (this will not work). You should use a jinstall image when going b
