Hello i have installed a line module and the proper ioa which is a half-height the thing is that when i installed it on the bottom with nothing on top it was in inactive state.but when i installed it on top it was online. Anyone knows why is this happening???

did you do the log sev debug l2tp and ppp to see what happens? or maybe it is the mru that affects, you can try this profile: profile L2TP-Generic ip unnumbered loopback 10 ppp authentication pap chap ppp mru 1442 ppp log pppPacket ppp log pppStateMachine the last two line is for PPP
