if R1 and R3 are connected via EoMPLS they are virtually connected by a cable,
so they are in the same subnet.
This means that BGP is not multihop. My question is different though:
can R3 locally route from the EoMPLS endpoint, or the endpoint must be

Hi - we are on JunosE on e320 and have a ES2-S1 service module that it is
paired with an LM10 module. The service module is not coming up. I figured
that maybe it is not compatible with the paired LM module.
