Hello,
I have a SRX3600 cluster setup where there are three RETH interfaces. Each
of the RETH is physically ties to the outside world, an EX4500 and an
EX4200. For simplicity sake, the RETH is physically connected like below
and has "vlan-tagging" enable so multiple vlans can terminate on each RE
If only the MX80 could terminate an OC-3 ATM circuit with RFC1483 PPPoE
sessions. Sigh, I'm stuck using ancient EoL gear.

You need additional licenses for the PPPOE portion (up to three licenses).
Nobody at Juniper to date has been able to tell us specifics about these
licenses and what *exactly* you require them for so we bought all three so

You need to ask him to add the following licensed to the QUOTE:
S-SA-8K
S-MX80-SA-FP
S-MX80-SSM-FP
It works fine for me.

Hi list,
We are in the process of selecting an edge platform for the following
featureset :
- Routing BGP/OSPF with less than 10K routes
- PPPoE for >5000 ethernet customers

select a traffic profile (2Mbps to GigE) per PPPoE custo
Chuck,
its not listed on the supported PICs. There are only sonet PIC's listed
(not even ethernet ones) so i guess it will very likely not work. I
guess your only option is to go with the MS-DPC.
