Hi!
I've been troubleshooting today MTU issues on my new MX80 router
(actually MX5) with Junos 11.4R1.14. I have noticed that MTU of
interfaces differs if I set trunks with old-style or new-style
configuration.

Just wanted to update my posting - upgraded to 11.2R5.4 and this issue seems
to have disappeared. I am hopeful this release doesn't introduce a series
of other issues we have yet to see.
Thanks,
Paul

Has anyone got caught by this PR? We just deployed a pair of MX10's for a
customer. One of them (with the greater amount of traffic so far) is
showing this in the logs:
Feb 9 14:03:14 dis1.beachburg1 tfeb0 MQchip 0 XE 0 Throttle: Last 10
seconds have seen interrupt throttling at least once
Yep, seemed to work fine in the SRX...
I didn't do a lot of testing, but LLDP neighbors came up, and there was
input/output traffic... so I would call it a success (vs. the MX, which
never shows any input, only output traffic).

You'd be better off using flowspec, if that's an option for you.
