It's worth reading the 12.1 release notes if you run any M/MX/T as there's a bunch new and possibly useful, eg MPLS-TP, LLDP enhancements. EX4[25]00 also now have NSSU in virtual chassis. In other news there's a bunch of new inter MIC's: ATM - MIC-3D-8OC3-2OC12-ATM (12.1 release notes) 1xOC192
