There are two ways for you - JTAC case or upgrade to recommended Junos
version which is 11.4R7 now and probably do not have such problem.

No, that is rewrite.
Classification would be "then forwarding-class".

I did some additional research and while the swapfile in /etc/rc.conf
is disabled:
