Insert a 3dB or 7dB attenuator pad for lab testing. In a pinch (no pun
intended) you can take a fiber jumper and bend it tightly into a loop (like
1/4" diameter) to attenuate the signal, but I would use a disposable jumper for
that. Use a twist tie or similar to hold it in the tight loop.

Actually, my goal is to check which applications are bandwidth hungry or
using high bandwidth passing thru my router.

we have migrated to an SRX4200 cluster (running junos 15.1X49-D110), and
I'm seeing since then a new interface call vlan but with no presence in the
configuration :
root@fw01-par01> show interfaces vlan
Physical interface: vlan , Enabled, Physical link is Down
