Can you add a replace attribute in the container for the prefix-lists
matching /AUTO-*/, and see if the permissions work? The equivalent
replace: tag in the text format works with a restricted login class when
using netconf.

Flexible-vlan-tagging allows for mixing dot1q and QinQ tagging between
logical units, not flexible-ethernet-services.

If you want to use your description field to elicit a particular
configuration, you need to write a commit script that can discern this.
You can match on text in the description and do an emit-change to
create additional config parameters.
