The AFL License is used to activate BGP. Any feature related to AFL License ... BGP, IS-IS, MPLS ... have the same problem. Looks like that JUNOS 12.3R3 (recommended release for J-TAC) does not recognize that AFL licenses are correctly installed in XRE200 boxes. Giuliano Cardozo Medalha Systems
