Luckily the new URLs contain magic hash which will allow direct download
anywhere, no basic auth and no cookies neede
Cisco you can use a nix shell to download it. Most people don't like
reuploading software over a crappy hotel network when it's a few 100 megabytes.
Web developers don't think about the user experience for these things.

Using a unix shell, to download software directly to a router, which itself

getting updated at the same time as the new one? For example, 11.4R3
came out 3 days ago, but it isn't listed on the old software page at
all. The "new and improved" system also appears to require javascript to
work "properly"
The download site is working fine for me.
