I forgot to tell you that I am using J series routers, which Ethernet OAM is
not supported. Also I want to track the reachability of an interface status
located in another router which I can reach through an ISP network; it is
directly connected to the first one.

When using VRRP tracking feature in Juniper routers, I found that I can
track only the state of any interface found on the same router. So is there
any other way of tracking like tracking IP address reachability for example.
