Just wanted to mention one more thing. Link between Juniper and Cisco is a
trunk as seen in the interface config below.
BGP on vlan 112 works fine (outside routing instance)
BGP on vlan 113 doesn't (inside routing instance)
If I disable BGP on vlan 112 then BGP inside routing instance comes up fi
I think thats for flow-base JUNOS version.
I am using 9.3R4 which is packet based.

I am having trouble turning up BGP under routing-instance. Could someone
please help?
Here are the relevant configuration of lab setup. It is direct connectivity
between a J-series and Cisco. Also it works fine if I move the BGP
configurations out of the routing instance.
