Using 5.202 I have confirmed that "Show contact pictures" in Global Display
settings is unchecked. But when sending or receiving mail, the contact
picture is next to the To or From. I have unchecked and rechecked, but
nothing changes. I'd really like to get rid of these contact pictures.
