Thanks a lot for your answer, Tony. I tried AquaMail many years ago when they had some issues with privacy and data safety, so I switched to K9 instead. I don't know if AquaMail became "safe" in the meanwhile but since I would have to pay for the Pro version (I have more than 3 accounts) I prefe

If you have the patience to read this thread "K-9 does not synchronize automatically, only manually" you will find someone called Mathguy who never has a problem with push. There is also someone called Dan who says he has made repeated postings about a three step routine in Android that solves
