I saw someone posted with this same error message in the archive last Oct. but no response. I am using a Debian 4.0 install on PPC with Xorg 7.1.1 installed. When I run ./configure, for some reason X is not found, and there is a subsequent error. checking for X... no configure: error: GTK+ pe
