[kde] KRDC in KDE 4.8.4: Ctrl-W pass-through

This, apparently, is some kind of joke, because the manual consists of a list of features, and that's all. Does that mean that no manual has been written? And nobody is at all bothered by the unknown behaviour of Ktorrent? Ktorrent displays two number for seeders and two numbers for leechers.
