Please read the bug report before starting a new flameware. A solution is now
discussing to solve that.
Yes there are feature in kde4 which was promoted a lot and not continued in
kde5, paradig

I have the downgraded the intel driver and have the system working now.

Well, thank you for pointing me to the menu (that is by default disabled/not
visible). ALT is used in multiple programs to display the menu, e.g. in
Firefox, too.

The only solution that worked for me, was uninstalling kscreen and manual
create a /etc/X11/xorg.d/10-monitor.conf file.

Thanks for the hint.
It seems the window is owned by plasmashell, and it is from the panel (even
with an empty panel).
If I put an empty panel on the top or left side of my screen, the black window
will appear.

run "xwininfo -root -tree" and compare the output to the covered region.
If you can spot the offending window, run "xwininfo -id " and
"xprop -id "
With a little luck, that'll hint the responsible client.

Wow thank you for the quick answer.
Yes, you are right. By animating all windows including panels, the misbehavior
is gone.
But another question is, what/who owns that (invisible) panel on the top right
corner
