The stacking order in KWin is global and not per virtual desktop. Sending a

Confirmed in 5.11.0 also.
The pop-up shows too narrow, if I resize it and open it again it keep the size
until I close/open again discover which reset the width to a narrow window.

The way the code looks, injecting

Otherwise the behavior seems intended. You can configure the default behavior,
but the webpage has the last word on this.
