Video driver is amdgpu.
More or less 9 times out 10, when monitor goes to powersave/sleep, when waking
it up, plasmashell crashes. So it almost always crashes.

Yes, it seems like drkonqi is the culprit here. If I uninstall it (along with
plasma-meta which depends on it), then log outs work fine every time.
Reinstalling drkonqi immediately causes the issue to come back.
