Facing the same problem after upgrading to Kdenlive 23.08.4, I disabled some
effects from a clip and now, on that specific clip, no other effect can be
enabled in any way, no matter what. Very frustrating.
I guess I'd better work around it by exporting my video and then importing it
back with Kdenlive, then I'll split into clips again and add the effects I
need. Big waste of time, but no other solution comes in my mind.
