This bug seems solved in kde neon based on Ubuntu 20.04 (at least on my
upgraded system). Removing and reinstalling apparmor and snapd may help (Anyway
I still have snapd removed)

After removing Snapd from my system (that honestly I find quite useless and
full of problems) everything works fine with Apparmor. Now Akonadi starts
