The reason (thanks to Fabian Vogt for noticing) is that the `kwalletd6` command
(the thin wrapper around ksecretd) dropped the --pam-login option, so it will
no longer work as expected.

If separate screen focus is disabled, the option you mentioned gets created

I just found it that this bug is not app specific.
If a window launches on the left screen (i.e. the bug occurs), *all* windows
