It may be caused on Firefox side by depleted file descriptor poll - Firefox
fails to allocate new buffers to draw into so transparent window is provided.

here i see a little difference between different applications, it happens for

Another workaround is to make the actual command running not be ssh, so konsole
can't see it. For example, you could alias ssh to be `/usr/bin/time ssh`, that
should stop konsole from picking it up.

also the desktop style is full of references to scrollview contentitems, so
