I've had very high plasmashell CPU usage since Plasma 5.6 ( continues in 5.7 )
- the usage seems directly related to the number of system tray icons active.

There is nothing because the entire system tray goes missing while plasmashell
restarts, and nothing after the restart. If that is the only option then I
guess there is no way to provide info on this issue.
