Now I see that this depends on the "Style" and "Use fill" properties. If I
change the line color to black and uncheck "Use fill", the dotted line shows
correctly.

Another thing: once I have a package, I can add a new class to it by setting
the "Package path" property in the properties dialog of the new class. So ...
