**POSSIBLE** Work around:
Continuing research, I decided to mimic the naming of the packagers
pre-installed themes: themename.ext for all 3 files and place them in
`~/.local/share/kpat` like this:

Just installed a fresh copy of Arch and created a new profile and it worked

Workaround: just create the file in `$HOME/.local/share/konsole/Work.profile`
with these contents:

Name=Work
Parent=FALLBACK/
```
Now if you create a new profile it will be saved. Perhaps its
